ISO

Injazat has recently implemented two ISO standards, ISO 27001 for ISMS and ISO 20000 for IT Service Management. These standards have helped the organization to enhance its structure, processes, organization, and security systems to deliver trusted and valued services to its clients.

ISO 27001

The Injazat Data Center is both Tier IV design and ISO 27001 certified; a distinction that differentiates it as one of the unique facilities in the region.

ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 is the most widely used standard within the information security sector. The Information Security Management System (ISMS) is based on a risk management approach which establishes, operates, monitors, maintains and enhances an organization’s information security environment. The management system also ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets of Injazat Data Center. Through its pursuit of certification, Injazat has effective means to ensure that it is implementing its security management system in line with the stringent requirements of ISO/ IEC 27001. Accordingly, information security risks are dealt in accordance with the Injazat Information Security Risk Management framework which strictly follows risk management requirements set forth by the ISO/ IEC standards.

ISO 20000

Published in 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as the first international auditable standard for IT Service Management. It promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver Managed IT Services to meet business and customer requirements ISO/IEC 20000 reflects best practice recommendations found in the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) service management framework.

Data Center Certification

Tier IV Certification

Injazat has obtained the first tier IV Data Center design certification in the region from the Uptime Institute.

Data centers are ranked by tiers level according to the Uptime Institute, with Tier 1 being the most basic (prone to downtime) and Tier IV the most robust, redundant and secure.

Injazat received Gold Certification from international networking solutions provider Cisco. As a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, Injazat has proven its exceptional proficiency in the four advanced Cisco specializations of Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN and its overall expertise across multiple technologies.

The Project Management Program developed by Ti2 aims to support the development of Professional Project Managers across different industry sectors.
