 |  | Ibrahim Lari – Chief Executive Officer
Ibrahim Lari is the Chief Executive Officer of Injazat Data Systems where he is directing the next stage of the company’s growth. Lari was instrumental at the inception of Injazat where he oversaw the expansion of the company to its current position as a leader in the IT Managed Services market.
Backed by a degree in electronic engineering, Lari started his career as an IT & Automation Engineer at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). He occupied various senior positions in a number of ADNOC Group companies, the last of which was as IT & Automation Vice President for petrochemical plants company BOROUGE.
Lari played a key role as the VP of IT and Automation at Dolphin Energy, a joint venture among Mubadala, TOTAL of France and Occidental Petroleum of the US. During his term he successfully orchestrated the Dolphin project, one of the largest multi-national gas production and transportation projects in the Gulf.
| | | | |  | Antonio Antonuccio – Chief Operating Officer
Antonio joins Injazat Data Systems from HP Enterprise Services MEMA. With more than 18 years’ experience, including 10 in Strategy consulting, Antonio brings to Injazat a wealth of international, strategic and transformational experience. He has advised and supported HP and other multinational companies on a variety of large scale transformation projects, including outsourcing engagements, post-merger integration and company turnarounds across various geographies, including the Middle-East.
After a two-year stint with the Italian Army, Antonio began his professional career with Goldman Sachs in the UK before moving to Hong Kong. He later joined Bain & Company working in the company’s London office for 3 years before relocating to Italy where he was holding the position of Associate Partner within the company’s Telecom, Technology and Media practice.
Antonio has an MBA degree from MIT Sloan, Boston; International Program of Management degree from HEC, Paris; and a BA in Business administration from Bocconi University, Milan. | | | | |  | Thomas Dembinski - Chief Financial Officer
Thomas joined Injazat Data Systems in April of 2008. Throughout his professional career, Thomas has served in executive management across a variety of business sectors. In his current and previous financial and organizational leadership roles, his experience has included successful merger and organizational restructuring, team development, senior recruitment, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Thomas has held CFO and Director level positions throughout the Middle East and North America.
A dual degree holder with MBAs in Financial and Operations Management, Thomas brings with him extensive financial and organizational management skills in both government and commercial sectors. | | | | |  | Soeren Lorenzen – Sales & Business Development Director
Soeren Lorenzen, Injazats’ new Sales & Business Development Director, brings over 14 years of expertise and leadership in sales, marketing and business management within the IT field.
Prior to joining Injazat, Soeren was Director and Account General Manager in Hewlett-Packard(HP) responsible for worldwide business with one of the company’s Global Corporate Accounts. In this role, Soeren lead the global account team and orchestrated the growth of the client partnership from all business areas. In 2009 Soeren received the Level 2 certification as Account General Manager, being the highest accreditation in Hewlett-Packard for Account General Managers serving the most strategically important clients globally.
Soeren started his professional career as a sales consultant at Compaq Computers, followed by marketing, business development, sales and account management stints for SAS institute and IBM Software Group.
Soeren holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration (Economics & Marketing), from the Copenhagen Business School.
