Ibrahim Lari
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ibrahim Lari is the Chief Executive Officer of Injazat Data Systems, a Joint Venture company between Mubadala Development Company (MDC) and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), an HP company and a leader in global IT outsourcing.

Backed by a degree in electronic engineering, Lari started his career as an IT & Automation Engineer at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). He engaged in several senior positions in a number of ADNOC Group companies, the last of which was as IT & Automation Vice President for petrochemical plants company BOROUGE.

Lari played a key role as the VP of IT and Automation at Dolphin Energy, a joint venture among Mubadala, TOTAL of France and Occidental Petroleum of the US, where he successfully orchestrated the Dolphin project, one of the largest multi-national gas production & transportation projects in the Gulf.

George Pawlyszyn
Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development

George joined Injazat in 2007 with over 20 years experience in EDS, an HP company where he worked in the UK, US, mainland Europe and Asia Pacific as a sales and business leader. He has a track record of success in creating and managing businesses. He has led some of EDS' largest pursuits and has managed some of EDS’ largest global accounts including Xerox and American Express as well as being a regional sales leader and head of EDS Global Sales for EMEA. In Indonesia, George was President and CEO of EDS' 750 person joint venture in that country. In Injazat, George is driving the the next stage of Injazat's growth through the development and executiuon of Injazat's business strategy, its portfolio of services and business partnerships as well as leading the Injazat sales, sales support and marketing teams.

Thomas Dembinski
Chief Financial Officer

Thomas joined Injazat Data Systems in April of 2008. Throughout his professional career, Thomas has served in executive management across a variety of business sectors. In his current and previous financial and organizational leadership roles, his experience has included successful merger and organizational restructuring, team development, senior recruitment, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Thomas has held CFO and Director level positions throughout the Middle East and North America.

A dual degree holder with MBAs in Financial and Operations Management, Thomas brings with him extensive financial and organizational management skills in both the government and commercial sectors. Thomas lives in Abu Dhabi with his wife and three children.
