Injazat Data Systems, a leading Information Technology and Business Process Managed Services provider in the region, has announced that The Injazat Institute (TI²), its performance execution and professional development consulting arm, has partnered with global business performance consultancy McKinney Rogers to enhance the performance of Gulf businesses.
Injazat Data Systems CEO Ibrahim Mohamed Lari and McKinney Rogers CEO Damian McKinney formalized their collaboration during a signing ceremony held on February 18, 2009. TI² and McKinney Rogers will focus on the strategic alignment of organizations and their leadership culture to improve transparency and accountability, starting with their Abu Dhabi base and expanding throughout the Middle East. Their joint offerings will guide businesses from strategy formulation to execution through developing leadership behaviors, performance reporting using an advanced automated “business dashboard,” the Mission Leadership Dashboard® and robust processes to facilitate clarity and alignment.
