ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is the most widely used international standard within the Information Security sector. The Information Security Management System (ISMS) is based on a NESA’s risk management framework which establishes, operates, monitors, maintains and enhances an organization’s information security posture. The management system also ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets of Injazat Data Center. Re-certification for this standard is a hard-earned achievement which reflects Injazat's highly mature Information Security practices, while in line with the stringent requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013, best embodied by its management of the Injazat Tier IV Data Center. Accordingly, information security risks are dealt in accordance with the Injazat’s Information Security Risk Management framework which strictly follows risk management requirements set forth by NESA, Mubadala and ISO/IEC standards.
ISO/IEC 20000:2011 is a Service Management System (SMS) standard co-developed by the ISO and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It establishes quality requirements for service providers to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS.
It enables IT organizations to ensure that their IT service management processes are aligned with both the needs of the business and with international best practices. Injazat has obtained recertification for this standard on an extended scope covering all of its leveraged services provided within the UAE, demonstrating its capabilities and full commitment, as a service provider, to superior service management and service quality, with the ultimate goal of enhancing business values and improving customer satisfaction.
